At the level of the neutralizer (point "N") - the electric potential is reduced to zero at ground level. That is, it creates a neutral barrier; preventing the charge from attracting as the water molecules move upwards. For the same reason, it also prevents the colonization of microorganisms. This means that the pH of the materials in the foundation and walls migrates to a neutral level. Due to the location of the neutralizers, the microorganisms will not produce more salts in the walls and substrate due to the pH balance preventing them from living in the environment.

• The pH of the wall will change - molds and other organisms will disappear thanks to the habitable environment created by the neutralization zone
